Biysk. Instituted on March 12, 1804. Description: "Shield, devided horizontally on two parts; in the upper part - the Tomsk blazon. In the lower part, in a light-blue field, a mine in a silver mountain".

Kamen-na-Obi Kamen-na-Obi. Instituted on June 8, 1976.

The author of Kamen-na-Obi blazon is Yury Ignatievich Petrov.

Zarinsk Zarinsk. Instituted on February 18, 2000.
