Description: "In azure shield a golden lion with red eyes and language, accompanied from above with soaring silver eagle with golden beak, eyes and claws; in a free part - the Kursk blazon. The shield is crowned with a silver tower crown with three teeth. Behind a shield two golden hammers are laid crosswise and connected by Alexander tape". |
