Blazons of Perm Territory Towns


Perm Oblast and Komi-Permyak Autonomous Okrug were united to Perm Territory on December 1, 2005.

Perm Oblast (1995)

Perm Oblast. Instituted in 1995.

Coat of arms of Komi-Permyak Autonomous Okrug was instituted on February 12, 1996. It is a shield which consists of three equal horizontal stripes: red, white and green. In the middle of white stripe a red bear is placed.


Perm Perm (old blazon). Instituted on July 17, 1783, re-instituted in 1997.

Perm Perm (new blazon). Instituted on September 25, 1969.
