Volgograd (Tsaritsyn) (old blazon). Instituted on October 29, 1857.

Volgograd (new blazon). Instituted on March 4, 1968.

In 1925 Tsaritsyn was renamed in Stalingrad, in 1961 - in Volgograd. The authors of new blazon are the artists Alexey Georgievich Brovko, Gennady Alexandrovich Khanov and Vladimir Germanovich Li.

Kotelnikovo. Instituted on January 25, 1967.

The author of Kotelnikovo blazon is Anatoly Pavlovich Sergeev.
